I do not recommend this pump! I exclusively pump and I made the mistake of getting this as one of my main pumps , it stopped working and thus tanking my supply. 😤😣

I bought an Elvie hands-free double pump in an attempt of increasing my milk production. What a bad idea... half of the little milk I produced was leaking through the device every time I pumped. Reaching out to Elvie's customer service I always got the same automatic answer: check for damages and sit upright. Obviously, I have searched for damages before contacting them and sitting in a position that was not upright never came to my mind. Pumping turned into the most annoying times of my days and Elvie's device only discouraged me to keep pumping. My milk production has then dried out. Elvie, a company that should help mothers to have milk, is to blame, but they don't give a damn. If I could give an advice to other mothers, I would say to go for other pump brands. Elvie's products do not perform as they promise and their customer service is disastrous.

This is my 3rd day using this pump. My pump definitely does not load 5 30 minute sessions. I only get 4 of 20 or 25 minutes sessions before it says low battery. Anyone else having the same issue
